I'll Just Be Over Here (2016) is a large scale video projection from inside the artists' home. While moss gathers together on rock boulders, individual species do not always coexist together; on one rock multiple species of moss may comfortably cohabitate, while a nearby boulder is completely dominated by just a single moss, living alone. In light of the conflict inherent to being with and of each other, I'll Just Be Over Here calls to mind questions of community, isolation, and the complex ways humans and other species relate, encounter, live with, beside and away from each other.
