Call to Prayer is an extension of the virtual "Multi-Faith Prayer Circle for Palestine," where Safiya, Dori and fellow artists, writers, and activists offer a tapestry of prayers and sacred songs, seeking liberation and justice for Palestine. This project invites prayer leaders and communities from diverse faiths to join in collective prayer against apartheid, genocide, and oppression, amplifying voices of resistance and solidarity. Prayers are recorded and archived, creating a public repository accessible worldwide, allowing a global community to engage in collective spiritual practice.
Through these prayers, led by Safiya Randera, Dori Midnight, and other prayer leaders, we gather in both virtual and physical spaces to listen, feel, soften, and participate in sacred incantation. The power of collective spirituality transcends borders and barriers, offering a pathway for healing, unity, and liberation.
